Weekly Photo Challenge: Future
The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge can be found here, and it concerns the future. Participants are specifically asked to post a photo that in some way represents the potential of things to come.
My photo I took this afternoon, as I caught the light of the setting sun coming through a window and through my glass of water. The potential of the future is there in the ways the light breaks up and refracts after passing through the water (one thing becoming something else or many things else over time), the dark background and bright light (the bittersweet nature of life–never fully bad or good), and the unexpected beauty in simple things.
Here it is:
Beauty in simple things. I can relate to that. Very nice.
Thank you very much. Appreciating the simple things, the unnoticed things is often the key to enjoying life.
I so agree, which is why I love camping so much. Getting back to basics and enjoying the simple things. Take care.
I agree. Camping is a great way to get away from the complexity of modern life. Thank you, and you take care as well.
